An enchanting blend of your favorite “Once Upon a Time” characters, “Puss in Boots meets Rumplestilskin” is a marvelous, thrilling adventure with a dash of romance and something for everyone.

Puss in Boots, the sly, sword-fighting cat, aids Jack in winning the hand of the fair Princess Eloise. Puss will stop at nothing, from a staged drowning to defeating the vile ogre! Meanwhile, Prince Wilham, has fallen hopelessly in love with the Miller’s daughter, Dorothea, who, to please the King and Queen must perform the impossible task of spinning straw into gold! Rumplestilskin steps in ready for a bargian; gold in exchange for Dorothea’s first born child, unless she can guess his mysterious name… The entire kingdom including Jaq and Jill, Hansel and Gretel, and Jack from the Beanstaluk team up to uncover the identity of the gold-spinning villan. Don’t miss the antics, side-splitting laughs and fabulous entertaimnment of the season!

IMG_8671Treisilia (Tracy) Pelev, 20, is a junior in college. She was exposed to acting as a young child through her mother and sister and has been acting for 16 years. She played the role of Cinderella in Cinderella here at Heartland and is part of the staff of Stars of Tomorrow Children’s Theater Camps. In addition to acting, Tracy loves to sing and is also an animal lover.

Riley Vadnais, 10, is in the 5th grade.  She began acting in kindergarten and has been acting ever since. She has performed in Cinderella, One Night at Tasha’s, Peter Cottontail and the Farmer and Gold Rush or Bust as well as attending Stars of Tomorrow Children’s Theater Camps. Her hobbies include reading and swimming. She is excited about turning 11 in November.

Tatum Mapes, 10, is in 5th grade. She began acting when she attended a Stars of Tomorrow Children’s Theater Camp when she was five years old. Besides acting, Tatum plays piano and softball. Tatum has two brothers, Liam and Shane, and she is a triplet.

Brynn Baca, 9, is in the 4th grade. She began acting one year ago when she was in a Christmas show at school. She has also been in Cinderella and attended Stars of Tomorrow Children’s Theater Camp. Besides acting, Brynn loves to read.

Kayleigh Lacy, 15, is in the 10th grade. She began acting eight years ago when she was attended a Stars of Tomorrow Children’s Theater Camp. Since then, she has been in Frog Prince, Rapunzel, and Little Shop Around the Corner. When not on stage, you can often see Kayleigh running sound and light for Heartland.  She also has been a camp counselor for Stars of Tomorrow Children’s Theater Camp.

Kaitlyn Boyd, 13, is in 8th grade. Kaitlyn began acting here at Heartland Player’s Theatre four years ago when she was part of the Alice in Wonderland cast. Since then, she has been in the King and I (Candlelight Pavilion), Music Man (RCC) and Little Red Riding Hood Meets Goldilocks (Heartland).  In addition to acting, Kaitlyn plays club soccer.

Zoe Remund, 14, is in the 9th grade. She began acting when Jodi Evans invited her to audition for Heidi. She has been acting for four years. Besides playing Clara in Heidi, Zoe has been in Pollyanna, Russian Musical and Cinderella. Her hobbies include playing soccer, piano and volunteering as a camp counselor.

William Chinnock, 16, is a junior in high school. He began acting when he attended a Stars of Tomorrow Children’s Theater Camp when he was six years old. Since that time, he as been in many shows, most recently Cinderella, Russian Musical, and Little Shop around the Corner. This is William’s second time performing in Snow White, having played the role of Doc in the 2009 production. In addition to acting, William has held other theater related jobs such as director, technical director, and stage manager.  He volunteers in the summer with Stars of Tomorrow Children’s Theater Camps as a counselor. His hobbies include photography and videography. William is the CEO of Mac and Cheese Productions.
